Product Description

Automatic PVC Enveloping Machine

1. Power supply: AC380V, power ≤ 2.5kw;
2. Working air pressure: ≥ 0.5mpa, clean and dry;
3. Production efficiency: about 1pc plate/second, for example, one group with 3pcs positive plates and 4pcs negative plates requires about 7 seconds;
4. Loading method: the plate adopts flat chain for conveying and feeding, and the separator adopts stock bin box for stacking, with height of 300mm;
5. Feeding method: adopt vacuum negative pressure suction;
6. Main components: 4pcs feeding chains (two for positive plates and two for negative plates), 4pcs separator stock bin, 8pcs suction mechanism, 2pcs translation mechanism, 2pcs separator pushing mechanism, 2pcs stacking mechanism, 1pc plate group conveying mechanism, framework, electrical control part, etc.
7. Applicable plate size: plate height= 125-285mm (including lug), plate width= 132-168mm, the detailed data is subject to the plate provided by the user;
8. Separator size: Length=130-210mm, width= 152-172mm;
9. The maximum plate group is with 16pcs positive plates and 17pcs negative plates, and the free height of plate group is ≤100mm;
10. With negative pressure system, the plate adopts flat suction;
11. Environmental protection: side downdraft is adopted, and dust collecting device is installed inside the equipment to meet environmental protection access conditions of battery industry.
