The current plate production line uses manual sampling to do wet plate weight and thickness detection. The process is backward. Due to the weight and thickness of the battery plate cannot be reflected in time during the production process. The pasting operator do not have an accurate curve basis to monitor the product weight and thickness curve trend in real time, which cannot meet the requirements for product quality.
Our solution: All the weighing frames are made of 316 stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali. The surface of the scale adopts embossed board to solve the adhesion problem. Motor adopts waterproof motor. Stainless steel shaft head, bearing and acid-proof oil seal, the protection level of load cell reaches IP69. The control panel and touch screen adopt nano waterproof and acid-proof protective treatment to meet the requirements of operation in harsh environments. An air knife dust removal device is installed at the lower position of the laser sensor, and nano-waterproof treatment to ensure normal operation in harsh environments. The laser thickness measurement sensor is imported from Germany, with automatic light compensation function, which can meet the precise measurement of objects with deep color and non-reflective surface.
Sieglin intelligent detection, professional R&D and production, weighing and thickness measurement equipment used in harsh environments, on-line weighing and laser thickness measurement, has made a reasonable solution. The problem that must be solved for the online weighing of the plate is 1) lead paste dropped and stuck on the weighing platform belt, and acid water will affect the adhesion of the belt and the friction bottom plate. The belt cannot move and cannot be accurately weighed. Lead paste and acid water fall on the lower sensor of the laser sensor,which effect the normal use. 2) Lead paste and acid water residues on the weighing platform affect weighing accuracy. 3) High humidity, acidic air, will corrosion the symmetry table and damage to the circuit board. 4) The surface of the battery panel is not reflective, has lines, and the color is black and gray.
Equipment functions and parameters:
The weighing speed is 100-160 pieces per minute, the belt speed is adjustable, weighing accuracy is 0.5 grams. Zero tracking function can be set between 0.1-10 grams to clear the lead paste and water remaining on the weighing platform and belt to meet the weighing accuracy. 100 weighing specifications can be preset, and unqualified plates will be sprayed with color on the lug and processed by the plate collector.
The technical parameters of laser thickness measurement, detection range is 0.01-20mm, detection dynamic accuracy is better than ±0.003%, detection speed is 35m per minute, sampling time is 1ms, highest detection accuracy is 0.5μm, laser spot diameter is 0.5μm, adaptation temperature is ±50°. And it will automatically fill light according to the surface of the object.
Historical curve display: A weighting curve and a thickness curve will be displayed on the display screen in front of the pasting machine, which is convenient for the pasting worker to accurately adjust the equipment according to the curve trend.
Controller function: Record thickness, weight, pass rate and other information, and pass it to the Quality Assurance Department through Ethernet. It can be monitored in real time or exported with a U disk. It can be tested by the market to meet the use of laser thickness measurement in various harsh environments.
Using laser thickness measurement: The loading table of the weighing machine adopts multiple narrow strips of acid-proof PU belts, and a laser thickness measurement frame is installed on the loading table. The upper and lower laser thickness measuring sensors are fixed on the stainless-steel guide rail, and the dust removal air knife is installed at the lower position, and the point of thickness measurement can be adjusted at will. A controller is installed on the machine to display real-time upper and lower limit curves. Over limit audible and visual warning light, prompting the operator to adjust the pasting machine.
Weighing system: According to the weight curve and the upper and lower limit settings, the over-limit alarm records the qualified rate of the shift. Unqualified solar panels can be colored by spraying colors and ink rollers. The two colors indicate overweight and underweight, over-thickness and under-thickness. They will be sorted out at the receiving station to ensure the pass rate of the plates. The length of the equipment is 1.2 meters and the height is 0.75 meters. The height can be adjusted. It can be flushed with a water gun when changing shifts to ensure that the next shift can be used normally. The equipment is used to pick up the weight accurately. The thickness measurement standards are all imported top-level accessories. It has superior performance, stable operation and durability. It is the most advanced testing equipment in battery industry.
