Compatible battery model and requirements:for 1*3,1*4,1*6 structure battery, after burning, the plate group is directly inserted into the battery container,for 2*3structure battery, it needs to be transformed to be 1*3 structure with two no.,after burning, the plate group is directly inserted into the battery container;Battery length 260-475mm,Plate height145-216mm,plate width145-160mm,Different modes of batteries should be replaced with different fixtures, comb plates, pressing strips, pressing heads, etc.;
6. Equipment characteristic:Adopt automatic loading comb plate(clearance between separator and Plate strap≥6mm),Manual arranging lug, loading pressing strip, placing lead pole and parts;The plate strap adopts robot arm burning, which has the functions of automatic ignition, flameout, changing flame and automatic cooling.;The lead wire is sent by a servo drive gear, which could detect the presence of the lead wire, the diameter of the lead wire is 8±0.1mm, and the lead wire is required to be smooth and straight without a burr depression;
7. The battery is lifted to the assembly line through the hoist;
8. Environmental protection:lead dust adopts side-down air absorption,the equipment equipped with dust collection device, lead smoke adopts side-up air suction, meeting environmental protection access conditions of battery industry.
9. Electrical components: Delisi or Japan Hequan brand; PLC, touch screen: domestic well-known brand; cylinder: domestic famous brand D; motor: Taiwan Delta or other joint venture brands, electric control box equipped with Jack for maintenance.

Equipment characteristics:
1) This machine adopts temperature control mode for cast welding. When the demoulding temperature reaches the setting temperature, the battery can be released from the COS mould, to ensure battery cast-welding quality.
2) Welding speed: 40-80s/mould (2-3 batteries from 1 mould; for 6V4Ah specification, 9 batteries from 1 mould).
3) Small occupied space, easy operation, fully-sealed design, safe and environment-friendly.
