1. Application: This machine is used for cast-weld the plate group for 12V36Ah~200Ah starter car battery (PE separator).
2. Plate Dimension: Plate width=120~160mm, Plate height (including lug) = 130~190mm, Plate thickness: 0.7~2.5mm. Positive plate thickness and negative plate thickness difference is ≤0.6mm.
3. Process: The 1st station is for loading the plate group manually, the 2nd station is for brushing the lugs, the 3rd station is for casting and welding, the 4th station is for taking out the plate group manually.
4. Production Capacity: 1100pcs/ 8 hours (there is another design with 1400pcs/ 8 hours for option)

12. Main Technical Performance:
12.1 The cast-weld quality for the bus bar and lugs is high, which completely eliminates the possibility of cold solder, dry solder, excess solder and high current fusing.
12.2 The bus bar joint is with beautiful appearance, the casting gate is without big lead shot, which can greatly reduce the risk of being shirt circuit of each plate group.
12.3 The machine is equipped with suction opening.
12.4 The plate group is installed at one time without 2nd damage rate for the PE separator.
12.5 The one-time accurate position for mold and fixture is convenient; the operator does not need to adjust the fixture again. The four fixtures corresponding to each mould can be exchanged at any position.
12.6 It is easy to replace the mold and fixture, one person can operate to realize the quick, simple and easy replacement of the mold and fixture, do not need to adjust.
12.7 Mold temperature partition independent feedback control, cooling system partition is non-interfering, ensuring the mold constant temperature.
12.8 The technology of automatic quantitative supply of lead liquid in mold cavity and the automatic feedback control of constant pressure of multiple bus bars are adopted to realize the stable, constant temperature and easy welding of lead liquid in each cavity.
12.9 With high integration control precision, human machine interface, when there is fault alarm, human machine interface will have real-time display positioning, quick troubleshooting, simple operation. A variety of battery products set parameters data storage is convenient for the replacement of battery product model.
12.10 Reserved upgrade port: it can be upgraded into constant temperature mold system with no temperature measurement; it can be upgraded into constant temperature lead supply piping system with no heating and no temperature measurement.
12.11 The PLC can store the production process parameters of different battery models;
12.12 The PLC has the function of equipment fault alarm, and at the same time, it is equipped with alarm flashing lights and sounds, such as high (low) die temperature alarm, abnormal cooling water alarm, etc.;
12.13 The noise and vibration of rotation and turnover of the four stations are small, and the rotation range is small after rotation of the four stations, and the noise of the equipment is ≤70 db.
