The machine has a total of 3 stations, the equipment is highly automated, servo control shift accurate and fast.
1) Application: For hole punching and scrap dumping of conventional motor-cycle battery case before welding.
2)Operation: The battery case is automatically loaded onto the machineand accurately located through an optical fiber sensor. The computer will
complete all processes of case punching (A station can punch 3 or 5 holes, Bstation can punch 2 or 5 holes,C station is for scrap dumping), and conveythe punched battery case to the turnover and clamping station. The clampingdevice will clamp the battery case and rotate it 180 ° , then dump the punch-ing scrap and rotate the battery case back to the original position, and lastlyrelease clamping. After that, the battery case will be conveyed to the nextprocess.
3) Features: 3 stations in total (two hole-punchingstations, one scrap dumping station), highly automatic, servo control shifts accurately and quickly,automatic locating through the photoelectric switch to realize unmannedoperation, equipped with scrap dumping and recycling device.
