2V Oxide Filling Syste

Features:
1. It adopts full closed production, the front door will be closed automatically when filling the oxide, and open automatically after oxide filling.
2. It adopts negative pressure air to ensure that the dust does not float outside the oxide filling machine.  
3. Automatic recovery for the falling oxide, automatic return to the oxide silo for reuse.
4. High efficiency, 10pcs/time for traction batteries; for traction type batteries, it adopts overlaid aluminum clamp for tightening.
5. High consistency for oxide filling quality; the filling oxide is even and dense.
6. Variable frequency speed controls vibration, oxide filling time is adjustable, oxide feeding time is adjustable.

1. Oxide filling length: 610mm for traction batteries; adjustable.
2. Oxide filling efficiency: 20plates/time for 2V traction batteries;
3. Oxide filling density: 3.6g/cm3.
4. Oxide filling Consistency: 80% grids reach ±15g for 2V traction batteries.
5. Automatic weighing system: 500kg/ time.
6. High efficiency oxide mixing weighing: 500kg/ time, mixing time: 8-10min.
7. The frequency inverter controls the vibration force to ensure different vibration parameters of the grid.
8. With negative pressure vent, the equipment is fully sealed when working.
9. The equipment is semi-automatic control. After clamping the plate, press the automatic start button to close the door. Feeding, filling and other processes are completed at one time, unload plates manually.
10. Equipment power: 10KW (double stations oxide filling system); oxide mixing weighing is 9KW.
