Function Feature:
1. The machine has the advantages of reasonable design, compact structure, high efficiency, etc.
2. The machine can cut the roll AGM separator continuously with setting fixed length. When changing the battery model, it just needs to adjust the rotation handles according to the width of plate. It is very quick and convenient. It only needs 15 minutes when changing the battery model. The parameters can be set from the touch panel, parameters like positive and negative plate thickness, separator thickness, the quantities of positive and negative plates in each plate group, required length of separator, etc.
3. The machine adopts the isolation and closed design. It uses the funnel drawer to collect the dust. The environmental protection adopts negative pressure suction in order to meet the environmental protection standard.
4. It is suitable for 1 roll AGM separator to wrap the single layer. It is also suitable for double rolls AGM separator to wrap the double layers. The length of AGM separator can be set by number. When enveloping the plate, it can be chosen to envelop the positive plate or negative plate.
5. It adopts PLC control and industrial Human-Machine Interface (Touch Screen), highly automatic, easy to operate, convenient to manage. The quantity of plate groups will be recorded and displayed. When there is abnormal situation like lack of separator, lack of plate, plate jam, the machine will alarm.
