Feature
This machine adopts microcomputer control insulation gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) DC-DC technology, a microcomputer controls each channel of power supply, each channel works independently, the same system circuit shares a group of DC bus, the circuit obtains electric energy charge from the bus during charge, the circuit sends electric energy back to the bus during discharge.

The equipment supports manual and automatic operation. The user can work out various formation and charging /discharging processes on the host computer and send them to the specified circuit, or work out various processes through the control panel of each circuit. Each circuit can be controlled and operated independently according to the user's process, and the whole operation process can be completed automatically. High reliability, easy operation, fault self-diagnosis, less harmonic pollution to the power grid, high power factor, high accuracy of output DC current. Each circuit of the equipment has a temperature measuring point, the user can set the upper and lower temperature, the equipment exceeds the temperature range can realize automatic shutdown and report over-temperature fault.

Function:
The charge and discharge circuit is managed by the control computer through the communication bus, and the equipment runs fully automatic, which can realize the centralized networked control and data processing of multiple power supplies. Realize unattended, remote monitoring.
The user can program the formation process and parameters of all kinds of batteries, with constant current charging, constant voltage charging, constant voltage limiting current charging, constant current limiting voltage discharge, cycle, static, gap pulse and other working modes, with fixed time, fixed voltage, fixed current phase conversion mode and timing recording and printing operation data function.
Complete protection functions: with over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, out-of-current and power-down data preservation, power restoration automatic recovery and other protection functions; it has the protection functions of anti-reverse connection of battery, over-discharge, short-circuit ignition protection of output, power grid blackout protection and so on. It displays the current operation data and fault reasons through LED and principle computer
