Specification:
1. Two groups 12 channels, each group 6 channels, range 0~100KPa.
2. Valve opening test 1st: Add air at a slow speed, and check whether the air pressure at the first opening is within the range of 30KPa~55KPa, (above 55KPa is defective product); Evacuate the gas in the pipe, open the valve for the second time after an interval of two minutes (adjustable time, 0~999 seconds) and check whether the opening pressure is within the range of 30~45KPa (lower than 30KPa, or higher than 45KPa is a defective product)
3.After the second valve opening test, stop adding gas and let the safety valve discharge the gas autonomously for 1 min. When the air pressure is stable, it can be recorded as the closed valve pressure value. The air pressure is within the range of 15~35KPa, (less than 15KPa, or higher than 30KPa is a defective product)
4. After the safety valve has completed the above tests, do the acid immersion test, and the valve pressure test is still required after the acid test. Method: add air at a slow speed, and check whether the opening pressure is within the range of 30KPa~55KPa (lower than 30KPa, or higher than 50KPa is a defective product); stop adding gas and let the safety valve discharge the gas autonomously for 1 min. When the air pressure is stable, it can be recorded as the closed valve pressure value. The air pressure is within the range of 15~35KPa, (less than 15KPa, or higher than 30KPa is a defective product)
5. One model of middle cover require two test jig
6. Gas: Use an external air compressor to compress gas (source of gas must clean)
Remark: Pressure range, testing time, inflation speed can be set and adjusted.
