Product Description

Semi-automatic Heat Sealing Machine 

Application: For heat sealing of ABS battery container and cover, for 20-60Ah batteries.
Operation: The battery will be automatically positioned by the photoelectric sensor. The machine will automatically do the sealing, and the finished battery will be delivered to the next working process.
Feature: The heating plate and heating mold are made of special aluminum alloy. It adopts special mold design, with fast heat transfer speed and uniform temperature, easy to change, safe, welding quality is more reliable. There are enclosed doors on left and right sides, there are transparent moving door on front and back side, top is equipped with air suction device.
