8.Functions and Requirements
8.1. Conveying, positioning and clamping, lifting and translation, and then flipping. The battery cover with glue dispensing in the tank is placed below to meet the sealing requirements.           
8.2. Transportation is carried by stainless steel drum with scratch-proof battery guardrail on both sides.           
8.3. The clamping range of the positioning clamping device can be adjusted according to the type.           
8.4. The equipment has three workstations, one is positioning and clamping, lifting the battery; the second workstation moves the battery above the workstation, the battery drops, and the battery cover is pushed up to meet the closure; the third workstation sends out the closed battery.           
8.5. After closing the cover, the battery is sent out through the roller.           
8.6. Equipments are equipped with safety doors to prevent body parts from penetrating into equipment and causing potential safety hazards.           
8.7. Glue-dispensing rear cover for 1X3 or 2X6 narrow and long batteries.            8.8. The lifting is driven by cylinder, with air pressure relief and backflow preventive valve, so as to avoid damaging the battery by air-cut.           
8.9. Equipment carbon steel quality, surface spray treatment.           
8.10. The remaining unspecified items shall be implemented in accordance with industry standards.
