Product Description

3T/H DM Water

(Pre-treatment + reverse osmosis + mixed column)

DM water machine made up of two parts: reverse osmosis (front section) and ion exchange column (back section)

 Water making process:

  A:Start-up process:

  Reverse osmosis

1. Check the valves, the meter is running well, then start the power.

2. Reverse osmosis automatic start:

 Turn the reverse osmosis (manually or automatically) to automatically run state       

(1)Reverse osmosis concentrated water drain solenoid valve open

(2)Original water pump start

(3) 5-10 seconds later, high-pressure pump start,then Scale inhibitor dosing pump start.

(4) 60-120 seconds later, reverse osmosis concentrated water drain solenoid valve close.

  Ion exchange column (back section)

  Open the upper drain valve, upper inlet valve, advance water valve                            

(1)Start the fresh water pump, the water flow is 2000-3000L/H

(2)When the water come out from the upper drain valve, open the lower drain valve,2 minutes later, open the water drain valve, close the lower drain valve.

B. Machine off process:

1,Mixing column off

1. Close the fresh water pump, then close the other valves.

2. Reverse osmosis off

(1) Reverse osmosis concentrated water drain solenoid valve open

(2) 60-120 seconds later, high-pressure pump, Scale inhibitor dosing pump and reverse osmosis concentrated water drain solenoid valve close .

C. Under normal running process, the relation between water level and equipment:

Auto state

(1)Original water tank low level: reverse osmosis switch off automatically(level protection state)

(2)Fresh water tank high level: reverse osmosis switch off automatically(level protection state)

(3)Fresh water tank low level:Mixing column switch off automatically

(4)Pure water tank high level:fresh water pump stop automatically

(5)Pure water low level:Pure water pump stop automatically

Mixed column resin regeneration and cleaning process:

Explain: 1# mixed column and 2# mixed column are one for using and one for spare, if 1# mixed column outlet water is unqualified (or equipment is in trouble),1# mixed column will stop running, so start the 2# mixed column manually. Start the 1# mixed column, when regeneration finished,1# mixed column is in spare state.

1,Stop mixed column

2,Prepare the regeneration solution in the soda tank, adding 4-8kg NaOH into the water tank. Can be prepared in advance for spare due to the solution temp.

3,Check the soda feeding valve is open or not.

4,Resin Layered process

If you find the pure water outlet is unqualified, then you need to clean the resin, before regeneration layer the resin first.

Opening the up draining valve, down inlet valve and forward grade valve (open a little angle).Start the fresh water pump, adjust forward grade valve, control the flow from small to big (1-3/H),then big to small(3-1T/H).Keep this operation for some time until the resin layered, then close fresh water pump and all the valves on the mixed column. The reason is:

     (1)The resin color is different, cation resin color is deeper, and anion resin color is lighter

     (2)The resin proportion is different, cation resin is bigger, and the anion resin proportion is smaller.

  5,Resin regeneration:

     Regeneration process: Open the middle drain valve and soda inlet valve (2pcs), control the flow to 800L/H, then open the suction soda valve, flow rise to 1000L/H. Keep running for 2-3 minutes. Open acid inlet valve (2pcs), control the flow to 800L/H, then open acid suction valve, the flow up to 900L/H. All process will last 15-30 minutes, then close fresh water pump and all the valves on the mixed column.

6,  Open the middle drain valve, up inlet valve, down inlet vale(open a little angle)and forward grade valve(open a little angle),then start the fresh water pump, control the flow in 3000L/H, keep cleaning until PH is 7-8,then close water pump and all valves.

7,  Open the up drain valve, the other valves keep closed, then open the air inlet valve, then the resin start to mix with the air.5-10 minutes later, close the air valve.

8,Running before water making:

  Make the mixed column water making running for half an hour, then stop and keep it in spare state.

Notices:

1,This reverse osmosis water making system cannot continue working for a long time, no exceed 3-5 days in winter and no exceed 2-3 days in summer. System working temperature is 5-40ºC, freeze-proof is needed in winter. All the water tanks are forbidden to light, Prevent microbes and reduce the service life.

2,When the system long working, in case to prevent the osmosis membranes pollution, every running hour should open the concentrated valve solenoid valve for 60 seconds, to make the osmosis membranes stop making water and physics cleaning.

3,Scale inhibitor dosing system is very important, it must be running to prevent the osmosis membranes scaling.

4,The key of outlet water quality is resin layer, regeneration and mixing. Layer thoroughly (resin color totally separated); regeneration thoroughly (prevent permeation when regeneration); mixing balance (the resin color in up and down level shall be same)

5,When mixing, up drain valve must be open, all the others closed (except the air valve).The air capacity shall be OK, when start it shall be small, when the resin rising it shall be big. Please operate as per above introduce, or the mixed column is possible to blast.

6,Equipment running pressure:

Filter running pressure: ≤0.2Mpa

Reverse osmosis running pressure:

Membrane front≤1.4Mpa

Membrane back≤1.3Mpa

Ion exchange column running pressure: ≤0.1Mpa

7,Mechanical filter should be clean or backwash, the cleaning cycle is: 7-15 days (based on the water turbidity).Before cleaning, stop the equipment first.

     Mechanical filter and carbon filter back flushing process:

(1) Open the up drain valve and down inlet valve of mechanical filter, then start the original water pump, until the drain water is clean, about 10 minutes. Then open down drain valve, up inlet valve, and close up drain valve, down inlet valve.

(2) 3-5minutes later, open the carbon filter up drain valve, down inlet valve, then close half of the up inlet valve, and close the down drain valve of mechanical filter at the same time, keep this until the carbon filter outlet water is clean, about 5minutes.Then open the down drain valve, up inlet valve, close up drain valve and down inlet vale(carbon filter)

(3) 3-5 minutes later, stop the original water pump, close the down drain valve of carbon filter, then open the water outlet valve.

8,Dosage of chemical:

 Scale inhibitor: 0.5-1L per tank (4L)

Reducing agent: 50-100g per tank (40L)
