1. Characteristic of Cold Rolling Lead Balls Cutter
1.1 The lead balls made by this lead ingot cold cutting machine is in good shape, close to spherical in shape, suitable for lead oxide mill.
1.2 This lead ingot cold cutting machine cuts the lead sheet into lead pellets at one time through a special rolling die. The molding is good and the failure rate is low.
1.3 This lead ingot cold cutting machine has good applicability for lead ingot and with low failure rate.
1.4 The total installed power of this lead ingot cold cutting machine is about 24 Kw, saving energy and electricity.

2. Technical requirements
2.1 The equipment is a brand new complete set of equipment, with reasonable structure, stable and durable, safe and reliable, simple operation, convenient maintenance.
2.2 The main parts of the equipment are made of high-quality materials, and the mechanical electronics and electrical components selected are well-known brands.

4.2 Process Flow Description:
4.2.1 Material delivery → lead ingot transmission → cut into lead sheet → lead balls rolling cutter → particle delivery;
4.2.2 Power: Cut the lead ingot into lead sheet hydraulically; Mechanical rolling is adopted to make the lead sheet into evenly sized lead balls;
4.2.3 Control: It adopts Inovance PLC and human machine interface, automatic one-key control, whole-process detection, real-time monitoring;
4.2.4 The equipment comes with manual and automatic functions:
With interlock protection for Manual and Automatic state (fault automatic shutdown, motor overload protection, transmission blockage automatic shutdown), fault display;
4.2.5 Automatic startup process:
Choose lead ball silo first --- Start the horizontal conveyor (optional) --- Start the elevator--- Lead balls cutter. The lead strips are cut into sheets of similar thickness parallel to the center line of the ingot, and then uniform lead balls are made.
4.2.6 The automatic shutdown process is the opposite of the startup process.
4.2.7 The control system adopts Inovance PLC + Inovance human machine interface for centralized control, the operation mode is simple, the main electrical components adopt well-known brands, the pneumatic components adopt JELPC, the motor and the reducer adopt well-known brands in China.
