Cross cutting type lead ingot cold cutting machine
 
1.     Characteristics
1.1.  Environmental protection: without melting, no lead smoke, no lead slag.
1.2.  Energy saving: the power consumption per ton of finished product is less than 2.5 kilowatt per hour and the total installed power is 30kw.
1.3.  High efficiency: 160 lead ingots per hour (about 8 tons of 50kg lead ingots per hour)
1.4.  High yield rate: the homogeneous particle size is 110±10g, and the broken particle size is less than 5%.
1.5.  Simple operation: PLC control, omni-directional fault tracking, one-button operation.
1.6.  Stable performance: low fault rate.

3.     Working principle
3.1.  Technological process

3.2 Power
Shaping and slicing lead ingot by hydraulic pressure.
The lead slice is made into homogeneous particle size by mechanical rolling.
3.3 Control
Using PLC automatic one-button control detects the whole process with real time monitoring.

4.     Principle of homogeneous particle size
The lead ingot is placed horizontally, and then the lead bar is cut into four large pieces of about the same thickness along the parallel direction of the center line of the lead ingot, and then the lead particles are made into uniform particles, so that the particles are much more uniform than the particles made by the vertical cutting method and the broken particles are less than 5%.
5.     Principle of energy saving.
This equipment uses the most primitive and the most direct production method, so it achieves the energy saving with low power consumption.
6.     The principle of high pulverizing rate:
The equipment adopts slicing first and then pelletizing, and the lead ingot is not overextruded to change the internal structure of the lead. So the pulverizing rate is higher than that of rolling slice (according to authoritative test: the pulverization rate of rolling slice is lower than that of slicing lead particle by 100kg/per hour).
