Flash Drying Oven 

Description
The electric heating flash drying machine adopts unique hot air internal circulation technology to make the plate dry rapidly after pasting,the plate is not easy to get crack,the water loss inside the plate is little,which saves cost compared with electrical heating,
The machine has the advantage of reasonable structure, convenienct operation, good maintainability, high production efficiency,etc...

Working principle
By using the high temperature air blower and upper and lower air channel, the heat utilization is high by making full use of hot air internal circulation;it adopts crawler type conveying chain to transport the plates with speed comtrol, applicable for all sizes of plates.

Composition
The equipment is composed of main cabinet, subsidiray chamber,lifting door device, host controller and system control cabinet,etc... Among the subsidiary chamber, it is equipped with hot air circulating system, heating system, humidifying  system, control system fortemperature and moisture measurement, air intake and exhaust system.

Technical performance
1. The process of both curing and drying can be completed together but also can be independently.
2.PLC control, touch screen control panel, with programmable functions.
3.Can be pre-stored more than 10 sets of process parameters, each composed of up to 20 segments, maximum execution time 999 minutes.It has the function of power-off memory for the process parameters and operation procedures.
4.The humidification method adopts atomized water, and the auxiliary humidification of steam generator to achieve the curing requirement of high moisture.
5.Heating method is electric heating.It adopts stainless steel heating tubes.The temperature is controlled by the controlling thw working frequency,with the advantage of convenient control and high precision.The material is stainless steel, with long service life.
6.The circulating air system adopts the three-dimeensional air distribution methods;
Select drum-type low speed circulating frequency modulation fan and specialized moisture-reducing fan.The moisture and temperature will be in uniform throughout the curing room. After drying and curing.physical and chemical indicators of the plates is in good consistency.
Temperature deviation:<1.5 degree, mositure deviation<3 % RH.With the intelligent control of circulating air volume, it effectively shortens the curing and drying time,improving the uniformity of the plates.
7.It adopts dry and wet bulb thermometer,multipoint humidity sensor and transmitter,high temperature resistant, without moisture condensation, with high precision.
8. The touch screen displays the temperature, moisture history data,which will not lose even power off,which will also display the running status of the blower,Atomizing device and teh ventilation door.
9.With the alarm function for blower malfunction,over temperature limit, pressure detection;with three alarm modes of sound,light and test notice, and reminding the operator how to deal with the malfunction.
10.With function of multi-level encryption,different operator has different operating authorization, in case of wrongful operation.
11.Curing chamber: inner wall is made of stainles steel, outside is color plate,sandwiching is polyrethane for heat preservation.
12. The curing chamber adopts automatic lifting ddor,with good effect of seal and thermal insulation.
