Main Performance and Application Compared with the electricity heating, this equipment (natural gas heating) has the advantage over cost saving and is the ideal drying equipment for positive plates. The machine has the advantages of reasonable structure, easy operation & maintenance and high production efficiency. Working principle: Heated air can be re-used through high temperature blower and laying air channel with high heat utilizing efficiency. The machine adopts double conveyer chain to feed plate and AC frequency control. It fits for the production of varied kinds of plates.
2. Main Technical Parameters 2.1 Total power: 33Kw 2.2 Main Drive: Adopting the frequency transformer to realize variable speed, and the plate is transported through chains. The drying oven is double-row. The plate is hanged in the chains. Drying speed: speed of transporting line is 0.6~1.1m/min, 54~137 double pieces/min, power: 4Kw Moisture content after drying of plate: positive plate: ≤0.3%, negative plate: ≤0.3%, after adding anti-oxidizer,Pbo≤8%. First Section (front section): The inner wall, upper and lower air channelis made of aluminum plates. The rear plate collecting mechanism is 3m long, made of carbon steel with anti-corrosion paint, with one covered cooling fan. 2.3 Hot air circulating blowers of the first two sections are made of stainless steel, third section is made of carbon steel. Every section adopts the ORMON temperature control meter from Japan which can control temperature automatically and independently. Temperature control range: 100~150ºC, control precision: ±3ºC Section I: 100~150ºC; Section II: 110~150ºC; Section III: 100~150ºC 2.7 Installation of guide rail: level, parallel, non-blocking 2.8 The circulative air channel is with suitable design and it does not form bigger air current, avoiding the plate deformation. The door is distributed evenly with good sealing quality. The switch of door is with knob and is flexible with good heat preservation. The temperature of outer wall is not 5ºC higher than the ambient temperature. 2.9 The design and manufacturing of this machine conforms to the corresponding requirement of national standard.
