Product Description

Five Hole Punching Machine 
 

1. Application: used for 12V32AH-200AH car battery container hole punching 
2. Operation: The battery container is automatically input to the machine, positioning is automatic through photoelectric induction, and the whole process of battery container punching is automatically completed by computer control (2 holes in station A, 2 holes in station B, 1 hole in station C, and the punching fixture in station C can be rotated 180°). The battery container that has been punched is automatically transported to the turnover station. The clamping device clamps the battery container and rotates 180° to clean the waste plastics after battery punching. After the cleaning, the battery container rotates again and the clamping device is released. The battery container is automatically conveyed to the hot-air station. The burr nearby the punched hole will be cleared by the hot-air station. And then the battery will be conveyed to the next process. 
3. Features: this machine has 5 stations (3 punching station, 1 clearing station, a burr blowing station). Highly automatic, accurate and fast, automatic positioning, unmanned operation, equipped with waste clearing device and hot air burr blowing function. Equipped with safety door. 
4. Main configuration: A3 steel frame, Japan MITSUBISHI PLC/HMI, AirTAC pneumatic components, Schneider low voltage electrical appliances.
