Description
High Temperature Curing & Drying Chamber is designed to meet the high temperature curing for all kinds of plates, which will increase the sealing effect and operation convenience, the curing and drying time can be reduced from 45~60 hours to 18~24 hours; which will realize low temperature of 60~70ºC and high temperature of 80~95ºC; the plate strength will be increased and the plate service life will be prolonged.
Composition
The equipment is composed of main chamber, subsidiary chamber, lifting door device, host controller and system control cabinet, etc. Among the subsidiary chamber, it is equipped with hot air circulating system, heating system, humidifying system, control system for temperature and moisture measurement, air intake and exhaust system.     
Technical performance
1. The process of both curing and drying can be completed together but also can be independent.
2. The imported temperature and moisture converter is with high temperature resistance, acid fume prevention, dust prevention, and long service life. 
3. It adopts PLC control and human machine interface, with programmable functions, can be pre-stored more than 10 sets of different process parameters, each set is composed of up to 20 segments, maximum execution time is 999 minutes. It has the function of power-off memory for the process parameters and operation procedures.
The human machine interface will show the historical data of temperature and moisture, which will not miss after power-off. It can also show the running status of the blower, atomizing device, damper, etc. The human machine interface is equipped with USB port, the user can use the USB flash disk to read the data, and the data form is Excel format.
4. The humidification method adopts atomized water, and the auxiliary humidification of steam humidifier to achieve the curing requirement of high temperature and high moisture.
5. The circulating air system adopts the three-dimensional air distribution methods, which adopts drum-type low speed circulating frequency modulation fan and specialized moisture-reducing fan. The moisture and temperature will be in uniform throughout the curing room. After drying and curing, physical and chemical indicators of the plates is in good consistency.
Temperature deviation: ≤ 1.5 ºC, moisture deviation is ≤ 3% RH. With the intelligent control of circulating air volume, it effectively shortens the curing and drying time, improving the uniformity of the plates.
6. Steam heating: it adopts stainless steel steam radiator, the heating temperature is controlled by adjusting the steam valve's opening and closing angle and time. This kind of temperature control is convenient with high accuracy. The service life of stainless steel cooling fin is 5 years. It has electric control valve and steam trap, the electric control valve will close automatically while power failure.
7. With the alarm function for blower circuit failure, over temperature limit, pressure detection; With three alarm modes of sound, light and text notice, and reminding the operator how to deal with the malfunction.
8. The chamber inner wall is made of stainless steel, outer is made of color plate, and middle is polyurethane. The wall body is with high thermal insulation performance, saving energy.
9. The separate atomizing chamber will prevent the non-atomized water from spraying onto the plates.
10. It adopts automatic lifting door with safety device; four cylinders will press the door tightly, with good sealing effect and thermal insulation.
11. The pallet is automatically transported by stainless steel chain wheel, depends on the user's requirement.
