Performance:
1. It adopts advanced PLC control, easy for operation, including the function of pre-insertion, automatic lug cutting, automatic lug cutting, plate group insertion into the battery container, and automatic transmission to the COS machine, which improves the working efficiency greatly.
2. The whole running process is monitored by the sensor, each step moves in place automatically.
3. The brushing part adopts dual-brusher design, so that the lug can be brushed more cleanly.
4. The bottom of cutting and brushing adopts pulley design, which is protected again dust. The whole machine is more stable and durable.
