7.1.4. When the temperature rises to the set temperature, it belongs to the heat preservation period, the power drops to 90kw.
7.2 Lead delivery system (12KW high-frequency heating core 2 sets of 24kw)
- The lead conveying supervisor is a 083x10 seamless steel pipe (the length varies according to the number of main engines).
- The automatic temperature control function of the lead pipe can independently control the temperature of the lead pipe.
- Using high frequency heating method: total power is about 12x2=24Kw
- When the temperature rises to the set temperature, it belongs to the holding period, and the power drops to 12kw
- The branch outlet of the lead pipe is controlled by a long-flow lead supply valve, and is equipped with a pneumatic shut-off safety main valve, which has the function of heating and heat preservation.
- Lead pipe insulation material is No. 2 aluminum silicate fiber board, the thickness of the insulation layer is more than 30mm, the outer steel plate material is Q235, the thickness is 1mm.
