The automatic assembly line for prismatic cells PACK module is mainly used to complete the testing, welding and assembly function of PACK module, with a total length of 16m. The operation interface is simple and clear, easy to operate and convenient to maintain.

Specification

This production line is composed of battery cells sorting, extrusion and bundling, polarity detection, laser welding, total internal resistance and voltage test, gantry crane switching, PACK assembly, gantry crane unloading and other stations. The equipment in each station are equipped with independent control system, support linkage and single operation. Production pass rate is ≥98%, the whole line operation rate is ≥98%. It has the features of strong adaptability, high flexibility, high production efficiency, high automation and intelligence.
