Acid Level adjustment machine pre-weighting station
1. Appication:
Use for car battery acid suction and refilling (with weighting system)
2. Operation:
1) Manually adjust the width of the guide bar when changing different battery model.
2) Adjust the acid suction and refilling nozzle to a suitable position, the operation is simple and quick.
3) Set the suction and refilling volume for each nozzle through the touch screen of the machine, and the machine will automatically adjust the acid suction and refilling nozzle by numerical control.
4) This machine will automatically feeds the battery into the weighing system(loading). After weighting and data collection, the battery will automatically transported to the acid suction and refilling station. Accurate positioning by photoelectric sensing, and the acid suction and refilling nozzle will automatically lowered into place.
5) Automatically completes the whole process of quantification, vacuum, acid suction and refilling, and circulation. The battery will automatically sent to the weighing system(unloading) after finishing the acid suction and refilling process , after the data collection, the battery will automatically sent to the next process.
3. Feature:
The machine has a total of 4 stations. Number 1 and number 4 station are weighting system. Number 2 and number 3 station are acid suction and refilling stataion. The machine adopts numerical control volume method to quantify, and the quantitative cylinder is adjusted by the rotary encoder computer automatically lifting height. Weighting system are with data collection,date shown,date storage and history record function. Acid filling circuitation can be set. The weighting date(loading weight and unloading weight) are shown on the same screen.
