Usage:
Suitable for welding O shape lead terminal

Features:
1. It imitates the manual rotary-welding method to ensure the consistency of welding quality and speed.
2. The welding flame will stop and wait during the welding gap, which reduces the flame burning time so that the energy is saved.
3. Welding mold adopts circulation cooling water system to control the temperature accurately and avoid scald of the battery container (the machine is equipped with stainless steel water tank and water circulation system for the mold)
4. It can weld the round terminal and L-shape terminal. Moulds for different models can be changed rapidly and easily (5 minutes)
5. No consumable parts, only need timely cleaning the molds and gun nozzle.
6. It adopts Mitsubishi PLC, SMC pneumatic components.
7. The terminal welding machine with lead adding is equipped with servo system to realize lead adding quantitatively.
8. The terminal testing function and combined leak testing function is optional.
9. The independent lifting working station can accurately position and improve the product quality.
