5T Lead Ingot Casting Machine
1. Supply Range
The whole equipment includes preheating device, slag tool, lead ingot casting machine, cooling device, demoulding vibrating device, printing device, electrical control system; it includes all equipment from the qualified lead produced by lead refining pot or alloy pot to lead ingot output; it does not include the lead liquid conveying system and civil engineering from lead refining pot or alloy pot to ingot casting buffer pot.
The user shall be responsible for connecting power to the distribution cabinet of the seller and providing water and gas to the equipment interface (within a distance of 2m); the component of lead ingots shall be the responsible by the user.
2. Equipment Technical Description
2.1 Lead Ingot Caster
2.1.1 Capacity requirement: Capacity ≥5 tons/hour.
2.1.2 The product adopts the climbing type, and the central moment of the front and rear wheels is about 8000mm. (Conducive to increase automatic palletizing when production is high)
2.1.3 The weight of each ingot is 25±1kg, and the weight of the lead ingot is controlled by manually adjusting the screw on the intermediate ration pack and the height of the reflux level.
2.1.4 With 140pcs single mold, mold for heat resistant cast iron is QT450.
2.1.5 Linear speed is 1800mm/min. Motor power: 2.2KW, torque: 20000N.m.
2.1.6 Water cooling system: Cooling by spraying water at the bottom of the mold. The water consumption is 10m3 for circulation.
2.1.7 Equipment height shall be determined according to specific requirements.
2.1.8 Equipped with 4pcs preheating guns, including pressure relief valve, air distributing valve, metal hose, F.R.L, etc., ignition method is manual.
2.1.9 Lead ingot water cooling system: the mold is cooled by spraying water at the bottom, and a collection tank is set in the middle, which can be easily connected to the cooling water circulation device, ensuring the environment of the production workshop.
2.1.10 Lead ingot digital printing device and demoulding vibration centering device: after the lead ingot is cooled, it runs to the ingot machine head wheel with a shaking mechanism capable of striking 8 steel Numbers (with characters as required by the user), and slides down the lead ingot demoulding device via the lead ingot vibrator.
2.2 Electric Control System
2.2.1 The running speed of the equipment can be adjusted.
2.3 Manpower
