Lead Acid Battery On-line Weighing System Solution
1. Proposal
Install an automatic battery statistical analysis production line, mainly including automatic check weigher, automatic rejection machine, unqualified battery temporary storage platform, automatic data acquisition and analysis software, computer, network cable, large screen, etc.

2. Technical Parameter:
2.1 The equipment automatically weighs and the time required is ≤3 seconds until the data is stable and stored;
2.2 The display screen can display and read each group of data value, battery model, and can edit up and down deviation, battery model, battery dry weight and tolerance, defective products need to display and alarm;
2.3 The system sets the battery weight discrimination, and the battery beyond the range should be able to sound and light alarm; The total time for changing model (call program, equipment debugging) should be controlled within 5min;
2.4 Weighing system range: 100kG, 1pc platform scale, electronic scale accuracy is in 0.001kg display.
2.5 If the battery weight is less than 100kg and the battery is not within the set target range, the system will have electronic scale display and alarm, and the touch screen display will be displayed in other obvious colors.
2.6 The electronic scale is convenient for calibration and zeroing, and the stability time of the electronic scale is about 0.1-0.5 seconds under the normal operation with less external interference. The weighing platform and its weighing platform rack are made of 316 stainless steel, with good acid and corrosion resistance.
2.7 Battery storage table could place at least two batteries.
2.8 According to the characteristics of the battery, the battery is large and bulky, so the online weighing technology is adopted. The battery is driven by the chain belt directly through the electronic scale, and the electronic scale transmits the weight data to the computer weighing analysis and management software.
2.9 Conveying mode is conveyor + chain belt automatic conveying, running speed is constant.
2.10 Data collection method adopts big data intelligent collection and analysis algorithm.
2.11 With 10 years of experience in big data collection and analysis (including CPK, weight curve, mean value, range, etc.).10 years software development experience in lead acid battery industry.
2.12 Conveyor belt adopts PP chain belt, durable, acid proof and waterproof. Conveying speed is stable.
2.13 The conveyors are equipped with frequency converters to ensure the constant speed of the battery in the process of moving.
2.14 The conveyor adopts 316L stainless steel, which are acid resistant and corrosion resistant. The motors are protected.
2.15 The weighing sensor is made of stainless steel, which is sensitive and durable.
2.16 Rejection mechanism adopts stainless steel cylinder pushing technology, constant speed, low cost and corrosion resistance. Data display and analysis, using 50 inch large screen, direct and intuitive display.
2.17 Adjust the software settings freely according to the battery model.
2.18 There is a temporary storage platform for unqualified batteries installed on the production line. Unqualified batteries are removed from the production line and stored on the platform.
2.19 Battery weighing and rejection.
2.20 The length of the battery feeding, weighing and rejection in production line is 3.85m.
