1. Structure description
A single curing chamber is composed of main chamber, an auxiliary chamber and a control cabinet.
1.1 The production of chamber wall(Including main and auxiliary chamber). The inner surface of the wall is
strengthened with stainless steel plate pressing stiffeners (SUS304, thickness 0.8mm), the outer surface is
strengthened with sea-blue color stainless steel plate pressing stiffeners (plate thickness 0.8mm), the middle is
made of polyurethane integral foam, non-absorbent, flame-retardant, with good thermal insulation performance,
thickness is 100 mm.
1.2 The main chamber is used to place the plate shelf. Wind screens are installed on the left and right sides of the
main chamber. The structure of the wind screens is SUS304 stainless steel.
1.3 The auxiliary chamber is installed above the main chamber, which made of integral steel structure production.
Stainless steel circulating fan, stainless steel combustion chamber and other devices are installed inside.
1.4 The air inlet damper (controlled by the electric actuator) is installed above the auxiliary chamber, and the
moisture is discharged by dehumidification damper (controlled by the electric actuator). The opening degree can
be adjusted freely. At the transition between the auxiliary chamber and main chamber, there is a guide wind
direction device to make the circulating air volume uniform in each corner of the entire chamber.
1.5 Use lifting gates, the gate and the chamber body are sealed by a plane sealing method, the sealing ring is
silicone rubber, the sealing method between the gate and the ground is a floor mopping silicone rubber seal, the
geared motor drive gate can slide up and down freely
2. Working principle:
2.1 Air distribution method: a unique steric air distribution method is adopted (the wind direction device is installed
on the front and back of the air outlet side belt), and the air volume of the upper and lower front and rear is
basically the same, and there is no dead zone for the air distribution. Wind screens are installed on the left and
right side walls inside of the main chamber. Circulating wind enters from one side of the wind screen, after
humidification and heating, blows out from the other side of the wind screen.
2.2 Humidification method: Compressed air is used to atomize the water during curing, the spray method is
constant pressure spray, which truly realizes the atomization of water. It is heated and vaporized by a heater and
stirred by a fan, blown out by the circulating wind, and can be set to provide regular oxygen supplementation in
multiple directions. In addition, the equipment has its own electric heating steam generator for heating and
tonifying dampness.
2.3 Heating method: electric heating, stainless steel radiator pipe with fins, temperature PID closed-loop control,
precise temperature control
2.4 Temperature and humidity detection: Adopt imported high temperature and corrosion resistant wet and dry
bulb temperature and humidity sensor to detect temperature and humidity, with high accuracy and long life.
2.5 The touch screen can display the operating status and real-time parameters of the equipment in real time,
display the temperature and humidity curve, and record the historical parameters. The recording time can be set
freely. If the data is recorded every 5 minutes, the data can be stored for three months, which is convenient for
querying the historical record, equipped with communication interface, which can realize computer network
monitoring
3. Device display control function:
3.1 Each curing chamber has an independent control cabinet, touch screen with Chinese and English operation
interface, has complete control and display functions.
3.2 The machine uses Siemens PLC and Prophet touch screen as the control core, which can realize 10 sets of
process formula programs and Control the whole process of curing and drying in 20 stages. Historical data tables
can be displayed on the touch screen, records can be copied and saved, and the operating status of fans, burners,
spray devices, dampers and other equipment can also be displayed.
3.3 It has alarm functions and treatment suggestions such as water shortage, low compressed air pressure,
abnormal gas pressure parameters, abnormal fan and damper mechanism.
3.4 With multi-level encryption function, non-operators have no right to change the set parameters to prevent
improper operation
3.5 The circulating fan is a drum-type stainless steel fan. It adopts Mitsubishi frequency converter for speed
regulation, stepless setting on the touch screen, and different wind speeds can be set to run at different stages.
3.6 In any stage of automatic operation, the equipment can be paused, which is convenient for detecting the
action of any component. Pause time is not included in the overall time.
