1. Application: used for automotive battery (12V40~200AH) acid filling and acid suction after battery formation.
2. Operation: manually adjust the width of the guide bar when replacing different battery models; adjust the height of the machine head; adjust the acid filling nozzle to the appropriate position, easy and reliable adjustment, simple and quick operation. After determining the battery model to be filled with acid, the acid filling amount will be set through the human machine interface of the machine, and the machine will automatically adjust the acid filling amount. This machine will automatically feed the battery into the machine, positioning is accurate by photoelectric sensor, the system will automatically complete the whole process of acid filling and liquid level adjustment, after the adjustment will the battery will be automatically feed into the next process.
3. Features: numerical control quantification, measuring cylinder is automatically adjusted through lifting height adjustment by the rotary encoder, the machine adopts negative pressure type acid absorption mode.
