Part 1 : Carton feeding

 

1.     Leading edge roller paper feeding system
(1) The leading edge suction and paper feeding system is easy to operate and highly accurate (adopting Italian advanced technology).
(2) The 7.5KW high-pressure centrifugal fan can adjust the wind pressure according to the degree of warpage of the cardboard to ensure the high-speed and accurate transmission of warped cardboard and thin cardboard.
(3) The position of the left and right side baffles is adjusted electrically by the screw rod.
(4) Synchronous adjustment of the upper and lower spacing positions of the front baffle.
(5) Separate sheet feeding device, which can be selected as required.

(6) Install a 7-inch touch screen, which can automatically display the production quantity, production speed, and set the production quantity.

2.     Paper feeding roller: dual-pass paper feeding roller with dust collection function
(1) Rubber ravioli on the paper feeding, elastic cushioning and wear-resistant rubber (soft inside and hard outside) are used for dynamic balance correction to ensure stable and accurate paper feeding.
(2) The bottom feeding ravioli is embossed and plated with hard chrome, which is wear-resistant and stable.
(3) According to the thickness of the cardboard, the worm gear box gap is fine-tuned, and it is equipped with a locking device.
The adjustment range is 0-12mm.

3.     Machine clutch device
(1) The button switch electrically controls the separation and combination of the machine, and is equipped with an automatic alarm device, which continuously rings a bell when traveling to ensure the safety of workers.
(2) Pneumatic interlocking device, locking firmly, convenient and accurate.
(3) The clutch drive shaft of the machine is equipped with an overload protection device.

Part 2: Printing

 

 

 

 

1.     Printing roller
(1) Made of high-quality steel, surface ground, hard chrome plating.
Static balance correction, stable operation, suitable for high-speed operation;
(2) 2) Reference marks are engraved in the horizontal and circumferential directions of the won body, which is convenient for plate registration;
(3) Ratchet fixed plate reeling shaft, suitable for standard hanging slats, realizing quick plate change;
(4) Motorized 360° positive and negative adjustment of printing ravioli, digital automatic display of adjustment amount;
(5) Install a foot switch to control the positive and negative rotation of the plate-loading drum, which is convenient for plate changing;

(6) Auto-zero function;
The printing roller axis is adjusted electrically, the maximum movement is 10mm left and right, and it responds to the automatic zero return command.

2. Embossing root (lower suction)
(1)  In the vacuum suction box, the cardboard is conveyed by vacuum adsorption, and the full page is printed;
(2) The cardboard can be passed through the printing department;
(3) The surface of the printing press roller steel pipe is ground and plated with hard chromium;
(4) Adopt vacuum adsorption to convey cardboard (the surface of the paper feeding wheel is ceramic, which increases wear resistance and life), without the need to use a paper pull ring;
3. Ceramic Anilox Roller (3 groups)
(The configuration of the first set of metal rollers-mesh, the second set of lines, the third set of lines, and the fourth set of metal rollers-mesh lines.
(1) The surface of the steel pipe is sprayed with ceramics and then ground, and then laser engraved.
(2) The dots are consistent and the ink is evenly applied.
(3) Extend the service life of printing plate and rubber roller.
(4) The gap of the anilox roller is controlled by computer, and the control range is 0-12mm.

4. Rubber root (group)
(1) Produced by professional manufacturers to ensure quality;
(2) Overrunning clutch and automatic idling device to prevent ink from drying out;

5. Paper feeding root

6. Single squeegee ink supply system

(1) It is formed by a single scraper blade, and the ink is installed in the scraping cavity to scrape off the excess ink on the surface of the ceramic anilox roller.
(2) High printing quality of monochromatic dots and dot multicolor printing.
(3) The main body of the ink chamber is made of non-metallic special material, which will never rust, is easy to clean, and can quickly replace the doctor blade.
(4) Pneumatic double diaphragm pump circulating ink supply.
(5) Automatic alarm device for ink shortage to avoid damage to the scraper and ceramic anilox roller.
(6) Automatic cleaning and ink saving system for scraper and ceramic anilox roller.

7. Ink supply system

8. Phase adjustment mechanism

Part 3: Die cutting

 

1.     Die roll (lower roll)
(1) The spokes of the knife mold are made of high-quality steel, the surface is ground, and the hard inscription is plated.
(2) Balance correction to increase operation stability.
(3) The distance between the fixed screw holes of the knife mold is 50mm in the axial direction and 20 in the radial direction.
(4) Applicable crimping height is 22.60mm.
(5) Wood template thickness: 13mm.
2. Rubber pad roller (upper roller)
(1) The rubber pad spokes are made of high-quality steel, the surface is ground, and the hard inscription is plated.
(2) Balance correction to increase operation stability.
3. Imported Youli rubber pad, (German Dipai) guaranteed service life, 5-7 million times;

4.     International standard die-cutting drum structure (drum diameter, installation screw hole level and circumferential spacing), which is convenient for customers to customize knife templates;
5. The automatic repair function of the Youli rubber pad ensures that the rubber pad can be repaired and used multiple times, reducing the cost of use;
6. The speed difference is automatically compensated. After the rubber pad is repaired, the diameter will change.
The unique synchronizer automatically compensates for the speed difference, and the speed of the rubber pad is automatically controlled by the knife mold without manual intervention. Always ensure die-cutting accuracy;
7. The rubber pad roller mechanical type transverse 40mm free swimming device, which improves the utilization rate of the rubber pad and reduces the use cost;

Part 4: Palletizing

 

1.     The paper receiving can be operated automatically or manually.
2. The receiving speed is synchronized with the feeding speed, and the receiving speed can also be adjusted separately.
3. The paper receiving pneumatic pat device makes the cardboard stack more neatly, and the stack height is 1700mm.
4. The conveyor platform automatically adjusts the tilt height according to the height of the cardboard, and the lifting is hydraulically lifted.
5. The paper receiving platform is equipped with an anti-drop device when it is rising to ensure the safety of the operator.
6. The paper receiving pallet is operated by air pressure. When the cardboard is stacked to a predetermined height, the paper receiving pallet automatically extends.
7. The flat wrinkled belt prevents the cardboard from sliding down.
8. The belt of the receiving arm can be adjusted individually for tightness without being restricted by the length of the belt.

 

Part 5:Waste materials cleaning

 

 

1.     Paper receiving part
(1) Equipped with a layer pressing mechanism to make the cardboard fall smoothly;
(2) The front paper receiving platform adopts a pneumatic lifting structure, which can adapt to the die cutting height of different printing machines, and it is convenient to disassemble and assemble the template.
2. Front end of stripper
(1) Equipped with a medium-pressure fan to achieve the waste removal effect and at the same time enable the cardboard to be tightly attached to the conveyor belt and conveyed smoothly.
3. Decommissioning institutions
(1) It is composed of double oscillating waste removal mechanical structure, each oscillating waste removal structure is driven by an independent motor, and a better waste removal effect can be achieved through different shaking frequencies.

5.     Shake the belt
(1) Imported cylindrical high elastic belt is used, which is not easy to age;
(2) It is not easy to damage the cardboard under high-speed shaking
(3) The cylindrical belt shaft with semi-circular grooves can adjust the belt position at will, adapt to the production needs of various special-shaped cardboards, and realize the cardboard splitting of one opening two and one opening three.
5. The back end of the stripper
(1) Equipped with an axial fan and a brush device to make the shaken waste paper fall from the cardboard to achieve the best waste removal effect.
6. Below the Debris Department
(1) There are flat belts on both sides and waste paper guide plates at the rear end of the waste removal, which facilitates the complete output of waste paper with the waste paper output belt, saving waste paper cleaning.
7. Scrap cleaning machine motor
(1) All motors are controlled by independent buttons, which can be operated independently according to production requirements.
