Product Description

1. Technical Requirement
1.1 Supply air to each worker post.
1.2 The main air duct adopts galvanized insulating air duct. 
1.3 Blower noise is ≤85DB
1.4 It adopts superior quality equipment and accessory to reduce the energy loss and increase the working efficiency
and service life.
2. Air Supply Amount
There are 8 worker posts, each worker post is designed with 800m3/h, considering partial requirement, we design one set air supply system with 8,000m3/h.
3. Air Supply Proposal
This system adopts modular air-conditioning unit, it sucks air from outdoors into the air conditioning unit, and the cooling air will be fed into the workshop. It mainly adopts latent heat of vaporization for cooling.
  The modular air-conditioning unit consists of fresh air mixing section, primary and medium efficiency filter section, surface cooling section, blower section, and air cooled heat pump.
  Fresh Air Mixing Section: equipped with fresh air control valve, the actuator has manual and electric mode, the user can choose the electric actuator if required.   
Primary And Medium Efficiency Filter Section: it adopts internationally common used non-woven bag filter, with high dust holding capacity and gentle resistance change; equipped with differential pressure indicator. The user can clean or replace the bag filter according to the resistance reading. 
  Surface Cooling Section: It adopts advanced pipe connection method to ensure the contact performance of the heat exchanger. It adopts famous surface air cooler to ensure that the air outlet temperature will be lower than 24ºC in summer.
  Blower Section: It adopts high efficient and energy-saving double air feeding centrifugal blower, ensuring the air conditioning unit runs with low noise. The motor is installed on the guide rail, the belt tightness can be adjusted. There is flexible hose connected with the tank in the air outlet.
  Air Outlet Section: There is control valve, the actuator has manual and electric mode for selection.
5. Feature of Air Conditioner
Modular Structure:
The unit appearance is popular plate structure, the plate is modular two-layer sandwich panels, the core material is polyurethane. Unit section can be made into various shapes according to design requirement, to meet the application of different occasions. Because of adopting the buckle plate locking structure, all panels connect to each other parallelly, continuous smooth surface, clear and smooth appearance without joints.
High Air Tightness:
Using high elastic sealing strips for surface sealing between the panel and the frame and the other connecting elements. Ensure the box leakage reaches requirements of clean air conditioner. Good heat insulation, fog forming resistance.
Good Corrosion Resistance:
Using high-quality color steel plate, galvanized steel plate, cold rolled steel plate and steel, after phosphating and electrostatic painting process, all bolts, nuts, self-tapping screws and other fasteners have anti-corrosion treatment.
Dry Type Water Tray:
The switch of water tray is slope type, to ensure the condensed water discharge smoothly, the water tray always keeps dry, which can lower the harmful factor to minimum limits.
Energy Saving and Low Noise:
Using high efficiency, low noise, double inlet centrifugal blower, blower has passed rigorous static and dynamic balance test, it has the form of forward multi-wing type, backward arc type, backward wing type, we can choose the appropriate form according to the air volume, air pressure, noise, power and other parameters.
Easy Installation:
Each functional segment on the site uses clamp device to connect with the bolt, which can reduce assembly time, assemble on the site according to user requirements.
Easy Maintenance:
Each functional segment has special design, plastic steel access door is with good air tightness, adopting buckle plate locking structure, easy to open and close, convenient to maintain the internal components.
