Automatic Acid Cooling System (5m3/8 hours)
1.Basic Equipment Description
The cold acid equipment consists of cool acid heat insulation tank, heat exchanger, acid circulation pump, water chiller and control system. After starting the acid chiller, start the water chiller, low temperature cooling liquid chiller will be pumped into the heat exchanger from the cooling box, circulated to the cooling tank, cooling fluid through the heat exchanger will have heat exchange with normal temperature diluted acid inside the cool acid storage tank; meanwhile, acid circulation pump will circulate the diluted acid inside the cool acid heat insulation tank, thus, temperature in each point inside the tank will be even.

2.2 Heat exchange module;
Hastelloy plate heat exchanger is an efficient and compact heat exchanger. Hadtelloy Alloy is a new kind of corrosion resistant metal material, by using the Hadtelloy Alloy, the heat exchanger has good corrosion resistance, high heat transfer efficiency, bright and clean without fouling layer, the proportion of small, high strength, small volume and quality characteristics, widely used in aviation, Marine engineering, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics, medicine and health care, food processing, instruments and meters, etc.
Hastelloy plate heat exchanger has the following characteristics:
1. Long service life: the plate heat exchanger is made of stainless steel or hastelloy sheet, which is resistant to various corrosive media. The rubber pad can be adjusted any time and is convenient for disassembly and assembly.
2. Strong adaptability: plate heat exchanger plate is a self-supporting element, which can be added or decreased any time according to the requirement, with various forms; Can be applied to a variety of process requirements.
3. Compact structure: plate heat exchanger plates are closely arranged, occupying less area and space. The area of plate heat exchanger similar to heat exchange is only 1/5 of that of shell and tube heat exchanger.
4. High efficiency and energy saving: the heat transfer coefficient is 1500~2500W/ m2.k, which is 3~5 times higher than similar shell and tube heat exchanger.

2.3 Thermal Insulated acid tank:

3.Main Part Description
(I) acid cooling machine:
The main machine adopts the air cooling method, no need to use the cooling water tower.
Temperature rise: When the acid temperature is 5 ºC, if the machine stops running, 24-hour temperature rise is below 5 ºC (ambient temperature ≤ 25 ºC).
All parts in contact with acid are made of corrosion-resistant materials, and impurity ions are not introduced in the whole process.
The electrical control system is stable and reliable with reasonable configuration. The system adopts professional refrigeration temperature controller with high degree of automation and can realize unmanned operation.
The system is reasonable in design, compact in structure, flexible in installation and easy in operation.
At the same time acid circulation pump will circulate the dilute acid inside the cool acid insulation tank, ensure temperature at each point inside the tank is even.
(2) Acid storage tank:
Store the acid processed by the acid cooling unit. The heat preservation and acid storage tank is made of PP, and the insulation layer is polyurethane foaming. It has unique technology, beautiful appearance and good heat preservation effect.
