Automatic Acid Dumping Machine
1. Application: pour out the acid for 12V32Ah-200Ah batteries after battery formation
2. Operation: The machine will convey batteries, the photoelectric sensor will automatic position the battery automatically, meanwhile the stopper will stop the front station's battery, the machine will rotate the batteries to the required position and pour out the acid (the acid pouring time can be set). During acid pouring, the stopper will open and another group of batteries will enter into the acid pouring station; after accurate position by photoelectric sensor, the machine will rotate the batteries to the required position and pour out the acid. The processed will be repeated.
3. Feature: the machine has four stations. It adopts unique double-layer transmission chain plate. Rapid and accurate, operator is not required.
