Application: For acid level adjusting (acid suction, with weighing data acquisition system) of medium-size automobile battery.Operation: When replacing different battery varieties, it needs manual toadjust the width of the guiding strip, and the height of the machine head, theacid suction nozzle to the right position, which is convenient and firm, andthe operation is simple and quick. The battery will be automatically loadedinto the materialinlet weighing system and conveyed to the acid suctionstations after its weight data being collected. Through automatically locatedby the photoelectric sensor, the computer will automatically control thesuction nozzles to drop and adjust the acid liquid level (acid suction). Afterthat, the battery will be automatically conveyed to the outlet weighingsystem and recorded its weight data, then be conveyed to the next process.Main configuration: 316L stainless steel frame, PP acid-resistance plastic belt,Japan MITSUBISHI PLC/HMl, customized aid-resistance vacuum generator,customized heavy-acquisition system (made in China, weighing accuracy:1 % , data acquisition and storing about 2500 times and can be read bycomputer), AirTAC pneumatic component.
