The battery will be automatically loadedinto the materialinlet weighing system and conveyed to the acid suctionstations after its weight data being collected. Through automatically locatedby the photoelectric sensor, the computer will automatically control thesuction nozzles to drop and adjust the acid liquid level (acid suction). Afterthat, the battery will be automatically conveyed to the outlet weighingsystem and recorded its weight data, then be conveyed to the next process.Main configuration: 316L stainless steel frame, PP acid-resistance plastic belt,Japan MITSUBISHI PLC/HMl, customized aid-resistance vacuum generator,customized heavy-acquisition system (made in China, weighing accuracy:1 % , data acquisition and storing about 2500 times and can be read bycomputer), AirTAC pneumatic component.
