Grooving Machine
It is used for making the groove, so that the PP material can combine the bushing tightly, moreover, it will increase acid climbing distance and accordingly reduce acid climbing risk.

Function with grooving structure:
1. The inverted groove structure is formed after rolling and grooving, which can be a better combination of plastic PP material and lead. During thermal expansion and contraction, the grooving structure could effectively restrain the displacement between plastic and lead; moreover, due to the action of plastic outward expansion force, the plastic in the groove can be combined with the bushing tightly.
2. The same product increases the acid climbing distance and reduces the acid climbing risk. The acid climbing distance is increased due to the formation of grooves. Because the plastic in the groove and the bushinging can be tightly combined, the gap between the lead and the plastic is smaller, so the improved structure can effectively prevent acid climbing.
