Automatic Assembly Line for Maintenance Free Batteries
(12V32Ah ~ 12V200Ah)
1. Production capacity of the whole line: about 1000pcs /8 hours (take 12V80Ah as an example); Remark: the configuration can be revised so that the production capacity can be increased according to the customer's requirement.
2. Running direction of the whole line: from left to right when facing the machine (according to the user's requirement).
3. The whole line matches the requirement of 12V32Ah ~ 12V200Ah car batteries (with 1*6 and 2*3 structures).
4. The height of the working table of the whole line is 750mm, and the foot cup is ±25mm adjustable.
5. The whole assembly line is fully automatic conveying. The conveying mode adopts stainless steel roller (201) and chain conveying. The guiding material adopts aluminum profile and PP slider.
The control cabinet is installed on the right side of the front of the machine. The alarm lamp is installed in the top, showing only the color indication part. Machine head lifting method: adopt up and down lifting and down ejecting, vertical lifting mode, the station is equipped with battery clamping device. The conveyor width, front and rear position of the machine head, positioning and clamping devices can achieve rapid adjustment and positioning for different specifications of batteries. The whole equipment adopts PLC control and human machine interface operation. Operation language: Chinese and English. Equipment Windows and doors: one station one window, two doors, doors and windows frame adopts A3 steel plate, closed on the left and right sides. The whole line structure design is reasonable, simple and beautiful, the quality is better than the same price manufacturers.
Automatic Short Circuit Testing Machine
1. Application: For short circuit testing, for 36Ah~200Ah car batteries.
2. Operation: The battery will be automatically positioned by the photoelectric sensor. The test probe will descend automatically to proceed with insulativity and short circuit testing between the positive plate and negative plate in each cell. If not qualified, the machine will send out alarm signal. The unqualified battery will be pushed to the rejection table. If qualified; the battery will be automatically delivered to the next working process.

Automatic Inter-Cell Welding Machine (3 heads, Hydraulic)
1. Application: For the inter-cell welding for 36Ah~200AH batteries.
2. Operation: The battery will be automatically positioned by the photoelectric sensor. Then the machine will finish the welding processes automatically. The distance between each welding head is 750mm.
3. Feature: automatic, accurate and rapid, constant energy, constant current; welding heat automatically compensates for the voltage fluctuation. Positioned by photoelectric sensor, welding process and parameters can be controlled by computer automatically, to ensure quality of welding.
The equipment adopts three independent transformers and welding controllers. The welding squeezing method adopts hydraulic type. One hydraulic station has three hydraulic pumps. Y direction can be turned, meet the use of 1*6/2*3 structure, copper cables is covered with white fire cloth.

Automatic Welding Quality Testing Machine
1. Application: For testing the inter-cell welding quality of 36Ah~200Ah batteries.
2. Operation: The battery will be automatically positioned by the photoelectric sensor. The test probe will descend to the exact position and do the test. If not qualified, the machine will send out alarm signal and push the unqualified battery to the rejection table. If qualified, the battery will be delivered automatically to the next working process.
3. Feature: the machine connects the constant current and test the micro-voltage of each welding point at the same time. After amplification processing, the meter will show the voltage of each welding point. The meter can be set with the up voltage limit, if beyond the up limit it means the battery is not qualified.

Automatic Heat Sealing Machine
1. Application: For heat sealing of PP battery container and cover, for 12V36-200Ah batteries.
2. Operation: The battery will be automatically positioned by the photoelectric sensor. The machine will automatically do the sealing, and the finished battery will be delivered to the next working process.
3. Feature: The heating plate and heating mold are made of special aluminum alloy. It adopts special mold design, with fast heat transfer speed and uniform temperature, easy to change, safe, welding quality is more reliable. The lifting of the equipment adopts 4 guide posts.

Automatic Terminal Welding Machine
1. Application: For welding the terminals for 36Ah-200Ah batteries.
2. Operation: The battery will be positioned automatically by the photoelectric sensor, after clamping, the machine head will descend and the fixture will clamp the terminals, the flame will weld the terminals, after reaching the setting time, the fire will close automatically. The fixture will release and the machine head will go up. The conveyor will transfer the battery to the next process.
3. Feature: The machine is automatic, parameters are adjustable, three heads and two working stations, the gun head rotation speed is adjustable, PLC control, HMI operation, using i-gniter to i-gnite each welding. The automatic switch will control the valves for welding.

Automatic Leakage Testing Machine

If not qualified, the machine will send out alarm signal and push the unqualified battery to the rejection table. If qualified, the battery will be delivered automatically to the next working process.
3. Feature: High testing accuracy, PLC control, safe and reliable, it adopts imported pressure sensor, with high resolution. Both testing time and pressure difference are adjustable.
