Fully automatic battery heat sealing machine has a total of 2 heat sealing stations. Equipment with lower die lifting (upper and lower die lifting / heating plate advance and retreat are all controlled by servo), special aluminum alloy material to make heating plate and heat seal die, using unique mold design, fast heat transfer speed, uniform temperature, convenient replacement, safe and fast, welding quality is more reliable.
1) Application: it is used for heat sealing of motorcycle battery shell groove and cover.
2) Operation: the battery is automatically inputted into the machine by optical fiber induction and accurate positioning, the whole process of heat sealing of battery slot and cover is automatically completed by computer control, and the sealed battery is automatically sent to the next process.
3) main configuration: A3 steel frame, SS304 stainless steel conveyor belt, Japanese MITSUBISHI servo, Japanese MITSUBISHI PLC/HMI (7 inch), custom stainless steel electric heating pipe, SMC pneumatic components, OMRON optical fiber and so on.
