Application: Acid filling for batteries before battery formation.
Operation: When the user wants to change different battery model, it requires adjusting the guide bar width, machine head height, and filling nozzles to appropriate position. The adjustment is convenient and easy for operation.
After confirming the battery model, set the acid volume for each head via the touch screen, the machine will adjust the acid volume automatically by digital lifting adjustment. Two batteries will be conveyed and positioned automatically, the machine will do the filling, and the finished batteries will be output automatically.
It has the function of automatic weighting , acid density display.
