Introduction
Precision screen printer adopts microcomputer-based single-chip control system with full-cast aluminum body, which is small and light, but with high precision.  It's mainly suitable for printing all kinds of small flat products, any flat material, such as glass, paper, wood, plastic, paper, cut pieces, etc.

Functions:

1. This micro screen printer uses a single-chip microcomputer to compile the action program with a touch panel; it's easy operation and the display is in both Chinese and English.
2. Four-digit counter, count the printing quantity; clearly display the current output.
3. Full-cast aluminum body with metal paint on the surface;
4. Double-column lifting structure, stable and high precision;
5. Pneumatic screen washing device; simple and convenient, no need to manually lift the print head, one-key screen washing.
6. The left and right strokes are adjustable, and using Taiwan FOTEK photoelectric switch limit;
7. The squeegee / ink return knife angle can be adjusted arbitrarily;
8. The squeegee constant pressure device ensures stable pressure during printing;
9. The worktable is front and back, left and right, rotation angle fine-tuning;

Machine operation safety performance:
Precision screen printer conforms to the latest engineering specifications, and it is absolutely trustworthy if used as required.
The machine is equipped with an emergency switch: press the emergency switch when an emergency occurs, the machine will be powered off immediately.  Back to the starting position, turn out the emergency switch after the matter is handled, you can safely start and return to normal.
However, the following situations may still cause danger.

1. When the machine needs to be moved or repaired, the power and air supply must be cut off.
2. When adjusting or cleaning the oil wiper, follow the instructions.
