Audited Supplier Automatic Welding Quality Checking and Short Circuit Testing Machine
Application: For testing the inter-cell welding quality and short circuit testing.
Operation: The battery will be automatically positioned by the electric eye. The test probe will descend to test the inter-cell welding quality and short circuit testing. If not qualified, the machine will send out alarm signal and push the unqualified battery to the rejection table. If qualified, the battery will be delivered automatically to the next working process.
Feature: the machine connects the constant current and test the micro-voltage of every welding point at the same time. After amplification processing, the meter will show the voltage of every welding point. Also, the meter can be set with the upper voltage limit, if beyond the upper limit the battery is not qualified.
